As a Senior Analytics & Insights Analyst – Sales & Marketing on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Be the insight behind the data — help sales, marketing, and distribution teams understand not just what happened, but why, and what to do next
• Own your dashboards, start to finish — from gathering requirements to building, testing, and maintaining Tableau solutions people actually use
• Bridge business and tech — work closely with IT and data teams to solve structural issues and make sure solutions actually meet business needs
• Be the quality gatekeeper — catch the errors before they become someone else's problem
• Make things better, not just report on them — spot opportunities to cut manual work and sharpen reporting accuracy
• Share what you know — document clearly, explain simply, and help both technical and non-technical colleagues get what they need

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Real, hands-on Tableau experience
• Experience delivering sales or marketing analytics alongside IT or technical teams
• A sharp eye for detail and an instinct for when something doesn't add up
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they can speed up analysis, reporting, or day-to-day work
• Fluency in English
