Our pioneering Treasury team at Luminor has consistently led the Baltics in introducing innovative funding structures, capital solutions and implementing Asset-Liability Management practices.
Establish and lead the best practices of effective balance sheet management, capital adequacy, funding planning and credit rating management of the Group
Own and drive Treasury analytics and reporting insights – capital management, funding planning, budgeting
Stay up to date with relevant regulations and market developments in balance sheet management
Participate and lead development projects related Treasury balance sheet management
Compile various presentation materials and present to senior management and committees
Take part in annual ICAAP process and other regulatory deliveries
Strive to be a problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks in a changing environment
Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up on your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
Support in setting up and improving Treasury owned tools, processes and documentation
Take responsibility for professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by sharing constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
Collaborate well with other departments to achieve common Luminor Group objectives
Train junior colleagues on relevant topics
Solid knowledge of banking products, processes, regulations, and balance sheet and Treasury risk management
Strong analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach and decision-making
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Quick learner with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including knowledge sharing within the team
Advanced MS Office
Power BI and working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field
Fluent English and Estonian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
