Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, validating, analysing, and presenting operational data to enable timely and informed business decisions. The role ensures accurate reporting, maintains dashboards and trackers, identifies performance trends, and supports operations and leadership teams with actionable insights

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc MIS reports within agreed timelines.
• Collect data from multiple sources and perform validation, reconciliation, and quality checks before reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and performance reports for operational and leadership reviews.
• Monitor key metrics such as productivity, quality, turnaround time, service levels, staffing, attendance, utilisation, backlog, and ageing.
• Analyse trends, variances, and exceptions, and highlight risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
• Support capacity planning, forecasting, roster planning, and FTE utilisation analysis with accurate data.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes to reduce manual effort and reporting errors.
• Maintain master data, report repositories, process documentation, and version control.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Workforce Management, Finance, HR, and other support teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Provide timely data and insights for governance meetings, business reviews, audits, and client requests.
• Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with organisational information-security requirements.
