Job Description

  • Lead the design and configuration of Workday Recruiting modules to support our organization's talent acquisition processes and strategies.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient system configurations, including job requisitions, candidate management, interview scheduling, and reporting functionalities.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions within Workday Recruiting to address complex business requirements and enhance system capabilities.
  • Utilize Workday Studio, calculated fields, and business process frameworks to extend and customize Workday Recruiting functionalities as needed.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to design, configure, and test integrations between Workday Recruiting and other HR systems, third-party applications, and data sources.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and integrity between Workday Recruiting and other systems to support end-to-end recruiting processes.
  • Provide training and support to HR users, recruiters, and hiring managers on how to effectively use Workday Recruiting features and functionalities.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and job aids to facilitate user adoption and proficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize Workday Recruiting configurations and processes to improve system performance, usability, and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards in Workday Recruiting configurations and processes.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, recruiters, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, providing expertise and guidance on Workday Recruiting capabilities, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications and Background

  • Workday certification in Recruiting or equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, with a focus on Workday Recruiting modules.
  • Proven experience leading Workday Recruiting implementations, including system design, configuration, and integration activities.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
