Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate and B2B Solutions Product Management (CBPM) team within the GCS Products organization is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.

Virtual Payments are critical payment solutions for our most valuable corporate customers. The Virtual Payments product team spearheads the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of US G&L, International GCG, and US MM customers.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Analyst to support the evolution of our global virtual payments strategy and products, including Virtual Card, vPayment and CMC. This role will help advance product priorities in response to changing customer needs, product performance, market trends and external innovation across the global virtual payments space.

In this role, you will support Product Managers and cross-functional partners in shaping, executing and measuring product initiatives. You will use data, customer insights, competitive benchmarking and structured analysis to inform product strategy, roadmap prioritization, product enhancements and business decisions. You will also manage defined workstreams across product initiatives, helping coordinate stakeholders, track dependencies and drive timely execution.

  • Support virtual payments product strategy, roadmap planning and market insights: Contribute to product strategy, roadmap recommendations and prioritization by analyzing customer needs, product performance, market trends, competitive insights and business priorities across Virtual Card, vPayment and CMC.
  • Manage defined product workstreams: Establish workstream plans, milestones and action trackers; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; monitor dependencies, risks and decisions; and help drive workstreams toward timely execution.
  • Document and improve product/customer processes: Map and assess end-to-end virtual payments processes and customer journeys; identify gaps, pain points, inefficiencies and control considerations; and partner with relevant teams to recommend and support improvements.
  • Deliver analytical decision support: Leverage data, reporting and structured analysis to derive insights that inform product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization and business performance discussions.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and communication: Prepare clear materials, narratives and recommendations that synthesize insights, trade-offs, risks and next steps for Product Managers, cross-functional partners and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in Product Management, Product Development or Strategy
  • Strategic and commercially minded thinker with a passion for the customer experience.
  • Experience managing defined workstreams or projects, including planning milestones, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders and managing dependencies.
  • Ability to document and analyze business, product or customer processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience or controls.
  • Ability to assess market, customer, competitor or product-performance information and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to use data and reporting to support product strategy, prioritization, performance measurement and business decisions.
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of virtual payments and/or corporate payments, relevant payment workflows and the broader B2B/corporate payments ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting product launches, enhancements or cross-functional product initiatives, including analyzing data, coordinating execution and measuring impact.
