Royal Caribbean Group’s Marketing Global Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Account Executive, National Accounts and Strategic Partners reporting to the Senior Manager, Consumer & Integrated Marketing

This position will be working onsite from Miami.

As the Senior Account Executive, this position will be responsible for supervising and executing the marketing plans of the top Consortia and Strategic partners and driving the execution of these plans. This position also serves as the Project Manager for all marketing development for key marketing assets supporting the National Accounts, Key Accounts and Strategic Partners, managing the development of creative, flow of projects, approval of promotional materials and ad placement.  Responsible for ensuring consistency of brand messaging in all channels. This position also supports relationship management with accounts from a marketing perspective and has the ability to influence marketing plan decisions. 


This position requires strong project management, cross-functional coordination, and analytical skills, with ownership over both campaign execution and performance tracking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Under the leadership of the Senior Manager, Commercial and Trade Marketing, you are responsible for creating and executing marketing plans for National Accounts and Strategic Partners. This includes and is not limited to providing content to travel agencies, creating and updating landing pages, direct mailers, emails, social media posts, flyers, and additional assets for B2B and B2C marketing channels.
  • Adapts global brand campaigns for National Accounts/Consortia including: ship launches, brand campaigns and brand announcements. The Sales Channel support is critical to the success of such launches.
  • Coordinate distribution of marketing materials to partners and internal sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Builds day-to-day communication rapport with accounts and engages leadership as necessary to have a clear understanding of travel partner goals and objectives.
  • Leverages marketing, analytics, and sales operations to drive marketing plans to fruition to help exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Updates the marketing planning tool (Wrike) to ensure all projects are properly accounted for with due dates. Supervises Wrike workflows and involves other teams as needed for flawless execution.
  • Supports the Senior Manager by working closely with Key Accounts, and Field Sales to proactively communicate and ensure marketing initiatives and promotional efforts are being pushed down to the member agencies.
  • Provides support as needed to execute Trade events such as Virtuoso Travel Week, CLIA Cruise 360, among others.
  • Manage data modeling initiatives (e.g., Matchback and Look-Alike projects) with external partners Jakala and Epsilon, including scheduling, execution, and delivery.
  • Own end-to-end coordination of these projects, including cross-functional alignment, vendor management, and timeline oversight.
  • Analyze and package results into clear insights and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Track and document quarterly email performance metrics across top consortia partners.
  • Maintain records of direct mail performance, including ranking breakdowns, distribution strategy, and pricing files.
  • Document campaign tests and changes (e.g., drip campaigns, segmentation updates), ensuring visibility into performance and optimization efforts.
  • Maintain an organized library of print assets in PowerPoint, including creative, specs, and supporting campaign details.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or account management (travel or cruise industry preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience working across multiple marketing channels (digital, print, social, email).
  • Comfort working with data, campaign performance reporting, and translating insights into action.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Wrike or similar tools preferred.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
