ABOUT THE JOB
The Senior Analyst, Third-party Risk Management role will play a crucial role in assessing, monitoring, and managing risks associated with NABVN third-party relationships. The ideal candidate is required to have a strong understanding of supplier/vendor Risk Management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. This role will involve conducting risk assessments, continuous monitoring of adverse media alerts, generating reports, and support to remediate third-party Risk.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifyrisks related to third party by conducting inherent riskand impactassessments against third party provided services– ensuring regulatory compliance such as APRA CPS 230
Assess third party controls against identified risks todetermineif they are mitigated
Communicate assessment results to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
Provideadvice and guidance to the business to ensureresidual risks related tothirdpartyprovided servicesaremanagedwithin the Group Risk Appetite,andenabling business to build and upliftthird partycontrols.
Communicateanddrive third party risk managementbest practice and consistency across the enterprise
Supporting key stakeholders and risk partners with the execution of key processes related to third-party riskmanagementactivities,includingassurance review, contingent plan review, finding management, controls uplift
Requirements
Over 5years of proven experience inoperational riskand/orinformation securityriskmanagement/consultingExperience within the context of third-party risk management isan advantage.
Understand and havingworking knowledge ofregulatory requirements, including Vietnamese Law on Cyber Information Security,Circular 09/2023/TT-NHNN, Personal Data Protection Decree; andAustralia CPS 230, Privacy Acts
Understand and having working knowledgeof information securityrelatedstandards/frameworkssuch asISO 27001, ISO 27017,ISO 22301,AICPA SOC (System and Organization Controls),NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Security Controlsis preferred
An information security/business continuityrelated certification (CISA/CISM/CISSP/CBCI)is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, globalenvironment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data andidentifytrends
Experience with risk management softwareplatformand tools is desirable.
