REQ14667 Senior Analyst, Technical Operations (Open Date: 19/05/2026)

The Senior Analyst, Technical Operations will work as a part of operations team to perform project implementation and daily operations support of the company’s global enterprise server deployment.

The Senior Analyst, Technical Operations will also perform general configuration management, SW upgrades, optimization of all enterprise server environment, integration and problem isolation/troubleshooting of large-scale global enterprise server platform.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide global enterprise IT 24x7 server and storage operations support
• Perform daily monitoring, analysis and administration of technology operations
• Responsible to administer integrated technology environment including Windows, Ubuntu, SAN storage, Backup, VMware, Load Balancer and HCI
• Follow and maintain standards and practices on documentations and operations
• Perform hands-on trouble shooting, setup and configuration of Windows server and it’s underlying technologies

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• 3+ years experiences in Enterprise server environment with 2 years of system integration exposure
• Experience in high-availability productions and disaster recovery architectures
• Possess support experience with Windows, Ubuntu, SAN storage, Backup, VMware, Load Balancer and HCI
• Gaming and entertainment industry exposure an added advantage

Education

• Possess diploma academic or relevant professional qualifications
• Preferred AWS, Docker, MS Azure, MCSE, ITIL, H3CS-UIS
