As a Senior Analyst in Process Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven transformation within supply chain operations. You will leverage process mining tools such as Celonis to uncover insights, identify inefficiencies, and enable smarter, faster decision-making across end-to-end supply chain processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to influence and accelerate continuous improvement initiatives and digital adoption.

You will be part of a dynamic Process Excellence team focused on optimizing supply chain performance through analytics, digital tools, and continuous improvement methodologies. The team partners closely with operations, IT, and business leaders to deliver measurable value and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into process improvement opportunities
  • Lead and execute process mining initiatives using tools like Celonis to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and optimization opportunities
  • Drive actionable insights from complex datasets to improve supply chain performance (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics)
  • Champion adoption of process mining and analytics solutions across the organization
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to align on improvements and sustain change
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and data-driven decision-making

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in supply chain management processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce)
  • Hands-on experience with process mining tools such as Celonis
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders and translating business needs into analytical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with data


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Celonis certification or advanced training in process mining
  • Experience leading end-to-end process improvement or transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain data structures
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to drive adoption at scale
