
As a Senior Analyst for Supply Chain Management - Prepaid Backhaul, you will be responsible for owning national accounts with suppliers that ship freight to Walmart by managing data analytics, metrics, and overseeing levels of service from a transportation perspective.

Creating content to have business reviews with suppliers at higher levels.
Building partnerships within accounts to improve relationships with Walmart.
Managing issues daily between various transportation teams and suppliers’ teams to meet
expectations within those contracts.
Implementing business processes and improvement strategies by staying up to date on
supply chain and replenishment processes and procedures.
Researching and analyzing root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning
shipping, receiving, inventory, and return related issues.
Conducting performance reviews of merchandising department, distribution centers, and
suppliers.
Supporting field-level direction and providing guidance for the execution of operations by
acting as a liaison for the field.
Communicating operational expectations to suppliers and transporters.
Implementing supply chain flow process improvement efforts by contributing to the design,
development, and delivery of new ways of working between supply chain stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
1 – 3 years of experience in the transportation and retail operations industry
1 – 3 years of experience with MS Office Suite
