Responsibilities

  • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests for onsite marketing campaigns, ensuring proper experimental frameworks and statistical validations to optimize conversion rates

  • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor customer retention metrics, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights that drive improvements in customer engagement

  • Develop, maintain, and refine financial models to forecast revenue impacts of retention initiatives and marketing strategies, providing a clear link between analytics and business performance

  • Build and automate comprehensive weekly reporting dashboards that track key performance indicators, enabling timely and data-driven decision-making

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to interpret A/B test results and retention data, transforming insights into actionable marketing and strategic plans, while helping finance project long-range plans.

  • Present clear, concise, and insightful analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that key insights support informed decision-making across the organization

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent work experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role, with a demonstrated focus on marketing analytics and A/B testing

  • Excellent communication skills, including synthesis, presentation and storytelling

  • 1+ years of experience with SQL, and at least one programming language such as Python or R for data analysis and financial modeling

  • Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, and experience working effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Experience with subscription or revenue metrics

  • Strong business acumen, product thinking and understanding of customer behavior

The expected base salary range for this position is from $88,000-$95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
