The Strategic Partner Operations team supports the commercial management of LSEG's Strategic Partner ecosystem including Co-Sell and Re-Sell Partners. The team is responsible for maintaining accurate partner reporting, supporting revenue share and Co-Sell reporting processes, and providing a reliable view of the Partner book of business. The team works closely with Partner Directors, Finance and Operations to improve data quality, reporting and operational processes.
The team is also responsible for any improvements in process that minimize manual tasks and improves revenue recognition. The team enables leaders and Partner Directors to make better-informed decisions by ensuring that Co-Sell Partner reporting is complete, accurate, timely and translated into actionable insight.
The team is responsible for maintaining and analysing the Partner book of business, consolidating reporting received from partners and internal systems, identifying trends and data-quality gaps, and improving the processes used to track end-client relationships, revenue, and partner performance.
The team will also support the development and maintenance of a centralised global repository for Strategic Partner agreements, initially focused on Co-Sell agreements. This will provide a reliable source of truth for partner contracts, improve accessibility and governance, and support greater consistency in how contractual information is maintained across the organisation.
The successful candidate will support and be a member of the Global Strategic Partners organisation. The key accountability will be to support and maintain reporting across the Co-Sell Partner portfolio and maintaining a trusted, useful view of the Co-Sell and Re-Sell book of business.
The role will involve collecting and validating partner reporting, maintaining accurate partner and end-client data, reconciling information across internal systems, producing regular reporting and supporting Partner Directors with analysis. The successful candidate will also support the creation and ongoing maintenance of a centralised global repository of Co-Sell Partner agreements, ensuring contracts and key information are accurately captured, organised and accessible, while supporting improvements to reporting processes and standards as the Co-Sell and Re-Sell business grows.
As a member of the Global Strategic Partners organisation, you will gain exposure to some of LSEG's most important Co-Sell and Re-Sell Partners and to the breadth of Data & Analytics and Risk Intelligence products and services that underpin those relationships.
You will work closely with Partner Directors and Managers, Sales, Finance, Product, Operations and other specialist teams, giving you a broad understanding of how strategic partnerships are managed and how partner ecosystems contribute to LSEG's growth.
The role offers the opportunity to shape how we measure and manage the Co-Sell and Re-Sell business, improve the quality of decision-making through better data and reporting, and build scalable processes that can support future growth. You will also gain regular exposure to senior leaders and have the support of the wider team to help you develop your commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities.
We recognize that to attract the best talent, we need to be flexible, and we are open to discussing work arrangements with you. We take hybrid approach to workplace; and this role is blended.
