Main Duties and Responsibilities
The SEOAnalystis the core of our team’sability toimplement, andis responsible forthe delivery of any and all strategic piecesof our clients’ organic search programs. Specific duties will include (but are not limited to):
Day-to-day SEO tactical execution across multiple clients
Work in conjunction with predefined SEO campaign objectives
Provide regular clientreports and client deliverables
Perform client work outlined in coordination with other media teams
These responsibilitieswill differ from client to client, and in general, the typical breakdown of the SEOAnalyst’s core functionality will be as follows:
Technical Consultation/Implementation Support/Client Deliverables70%
Reporting: 15%
Evangelism/Education: 10%
AssistancewithNew Business: 5%

Knowledge and Skills Required
Skills and experience will be evaluated on acase by casebasis, although in general,we’dprefer the followinginitialqualifications:
15+years ofwork experience in an SEO-heavy environment and/or specifically with SEO
In-depthknowledge of all aspects of SEO
In-depthknowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Applications
Familiarity and experience with Screaming Frog,SEMRush,Brightedge, Conductor, and/or other industry tools
Ability tohit deadlines&provide deliverablesacross several clients at a time
A thorough understanding of key search engine ranking factors
Ability to conduct relevant keyword research and make recommendations
A thorough understanding of and the ability to conduct on-site optimization
Proven abilitydeliverwithin requirements of strategicSEO campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, PHP,Javascript, and/or CSS,a huge plus
Experience with local listings management (LLM) and local SEO,a plus
Content ideation and content writing ability, a plus
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to communicate effectively with clients & account teams
Ability to communicate effectively with developers & technical team a huge plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary Range: $1,275 to $1,538.46 a week. A successful applicant’s actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
