Get to Know the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations System, you will be the business and technical gatekeeper of our regional sales infrastructure. You will translate complex, requirements into functional Salesforce (SFDC) tools and workflows.
You aren't just managing a system; you are architecting how our sales teams work with technology to improve revenue. You blend technical CRM mastery with the "curiosity" to solve deep-rooted operational problems. You are passionate about super App and technology and have the to act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership.
This role reports to the Head of Sales Operations and is fully onsite at the Malaysia's First Avenue Office.
