WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):
The Senior Analyst provides guidance and expertise across all Red Cross lines of service regarding the organization’s Property and Casualty Risk Management program. This role supports the identification, assessment, mitigation, and transfer of risk through insurance administration, contract review, and stakeholder consultation to help protect the organization’s people, assets, operations, and reputation.
Provide risk management support and consultation to Supply Management, the Office of General Counsel, and Red Cross business units by identifying, analyzing, and helping mitigate risks associated with Humanitarian Services, Training Services, Biomedical Services, and other organizational programs and activities.
Manage the end-to-end Certificate of Insurance (COI) process, including issuance, review, verification, documentation, and compliance monitoring. Analyze coverage against contractual requirements and collaborate with insurance providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide guidance.
Partner with Legal, Supply Management, and other stakeholders to evaluate, negotiate, and recommend insurance requirements, indemnification provisions, limitations of liability, and other contractual risk transfer provisions.
Collaborate with operating units, management at varying levels, insurance brokers, and third-party vendors to support the organization’s risk management program.
Support the annual corporate insurance renewal process by gathering exposure data and reviewing insurance quotes, binders, and policies for accuracy.
Perform risk management operational and administrative functions, including invoice processing, RMIS data management, records administration, documentation coordination, reporting, and other activities supporting efficient department operations.
Utilize spreadsheet and other data analysis tools to manage, analyze, and report on risk-related information.
Assist with special projects and present findings and recommendations to department leadership as assigned.
Participate in risk management training sessions and presentations across the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU THE COMPETITIVE EDGE (Preferred Qualifications):

PAY INFORMATION: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. **We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon your location & experience.**
