About Role:

As a Sr. Reliability Analyst in the Product Performance team (part of Customer Programs), you will support product performance monitoring initiatives by proactively analyzing engine in-service performance to identify emerging issues and opportunities for improvement. The role focuses on enhancing engine safety, reliability, availability, affordability, and maintenance efficiency through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to engine product performance, particularly within Maintainability and Availability disciplines.
  • Develop and maintain technical performance packages, including dashboards, trend analysis, and mitigation tracking for key fleet performance drivers.
  • Analyze fleet maintenance burden and recurring operational issues and propose recommendations to optimize engine periodic inspection intervals and maintenance practices.
  • Support MSG-3 (Maintenance Steering Group-3) analysis activities by providing operational performance insights, maintenance burden analysis, and field data to support maintenance program optimization.
  • Support analysis of operator field operational deviations and assist in the evaluation and issuance of Deviation Approval letters.
  • Identify key root cause drivers for engine downtime and collaborate with engineering and reliability teams to support mitigation plans and corrective actions.
  • Support identification of systemic product performance issues across engine programs and assist in the development and issuance of Service Information Letters (SILs) aimed at improving engine availability and operational efficiency.
  • Assess the need for commercial support initiatives for key product performance drivers and support the launch and tracking of improvement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Reliability, Program Management Teams (PMT), Engineering, and Customer Support teams to prioritize improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing knowledge base content, best practice documentation, and lessons-learned repositories to support continuous improvement of EIS processes and future product introductions.
  • Support the Entry Into Service (EIS) team in standardizing and strengthening the overall EIS gated process, including development of structured workflows, stage-gate frameworks, and governance mechanisms to support smooth product introduction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standard tools, templates, and performance monitoring frameworks used during EIS to track product performance, operational readiness
  • Contribute to Direct Maintenance Cost (DMC) reduction initiatives by identifying drivers impacting operator maintenance cost and recommending improvement actions.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry, preferably in Reliability Engineering, Technical Services, Fleet Management, or Customer Support Engineering roles.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks and performance measurement approaches used for evaluating product performance in terms of Maintainability and Availability, including maintenance burden analysis, downtime drivers, and operational performance indicators
  • Working knowledge of airline maintenance operations, fleet performance monitoring, and operational performance drivers affecting engine availability and maintenance efficiency.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis and trend monitoring to identify drivers for engine downtime, operational disruptions, or maintenance burden.
  • Knowledge of MSG-3 (Maintenance Steering Group-3) maintenance program principles and experience supporting maintenance program analysis or optimization activities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Reliability, Program Management, and Customer Support teams in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging global stakeholders.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Engine product knowledge training or certification from Airworthiness Authorities/ Airlines/ MROs/ OEMs.
  • Certification in Reliability Engineering concepts such as CRE or CMRP (or progress toward certification).
  • Certification /working expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Certification /working expertise in Quality and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Principles.

Shifts/Work Hours:

09:00 AM to 04:00 PM from office + 06:30 to 08:30 PM from home.
