About Role:

As a Senior Analyst in the Customer Programs team, you will be responsible for addressing the in-service quality and cost drivers for General aviation, Business aviation, Regionals and Helicopter programs. You will have the opportunity to participate and influence the mitigation and corrective action on a part / engine, which could affect the safety, reliability, maintainability & availability of a product or the cost of operation of P&WC engines.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as a customer programs expert, analyzing fleet issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them effectively.
  • Conduct product performance and reliability analyses across the assigned fleet population.
  • Analyze engine field issues to support quality and safety risk assessments.
  • Evaluate safety-related issues and prepare materials for reviews with regulatory authorities such as TCCA.
  • Support enhancements to Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
  • Ensure adherence to Quality & ensure processes are in compliance with Customer Service Operating Procedures (CSOP)
  • Deliver Process Improvements & drive Best Practice’s across the program.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-5 years prior relevant experience in the aviation industry, preferably in Reliability Engineering, Technical Services, MRO, or In-service Support roles.
  • Understanding of reliability fundamentals including, removal rates, trend analysis, and failure mode identification.
  • Ability to interpret reliability dashboards, driver charts, and performance metrics to support identification of top fleet issues.
  • Familiarity with aero engine technical publications such as CMMs, ES, SBs, IPCs, EMMs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization
  • Proven track record of pro-activeness and taking accountability for his/her own work and supporting others where required to achieve success
  • Good interpersonal skills with a positive outlook when presented with challenges. Ability to communicate effectively and challenge peers and seniors when required.
  • Ability to lead standard and/or medium complex technical work packages and deliver successfully and to quality. Demonstrated focus on driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of making good decisions based on limited information and working with ambiguity. Ability to define and implement plans that achieve the business intent without being given detailed instructions
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work effectively
  • Good team building and team management skills and ability to lead without authority and influence multiple stakeholders to achieve desired result

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Engine product knowledge training or certification from Airworthiness Authorities/ Airlines/ MROs/ OEMs.
  • Foundational training or certification /expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Foundational training or certification /expertise in Quality and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Principles.
