Flora Food Group is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst – Vendor Reconciliation to join our Global Business Services Finance team.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Accounts Payable balances across global entities by managing end-to-end vendor reconciliation activities, supporting financial integrity, and enabling effective period-end close processes.
As a Senior Analyst – Vendor Reconciliation, you will be responsible for reconciling vendor statements with SAP data, including invoices, payments, and credits. You will identify and resolve discrepancies, manage open items, and ensure accurate financial reporting across vendor accounts.
Working in SAP S/4HANA and reporting tools, you will analyze AP data, support period-end close activities, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. This role is key to strengthening reconciliation governance, improving financial accuracy, and ensuring compliance within a global shared services environment.
