The Senior Analyst – T&E & P-Card role at Flora Food Group is responsible for managing end-to-end Travel & Expense operations and Corporate Card processes within a global shared services environment. The role focuses on ensuring accurate expense processing, policy compliance, audit readiness, and strong governance across employee reimbursements and P-card operations. This position will work closely with employees, Finance, Workplace, Travel, HR, Treasury, and Banking partners to deliver seamless support and operational excellence. The role also plays a key part in driving process optimization, stakeholder management, compliance controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates will gain exposure to global finance operations, Concur process management, P-card administration, and transformation projects within a dynamic multinational organization. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about operational excellence, governance, and employee experience.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Strong expertise in Travel & Expense operations, P-card management, and end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes, with hands-on experience in SAP Concur, expense audits, reconciliations, and policy compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across employees, managers, Workplace, HR, Finance, Treasury, Banking partners, and global business teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in identifying process gaps, managing escalations, driving compliance, and supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • High levels of ownership, attention to detail, and governance awareness, with a strong understanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, data confidentiality, and operational controls within a global shared services environment.
