The Senior Analyst -Production Operations, will work with Production and Operations Leadership to deliver process improvements, evaluate metrics and data, upskill the production network, and manage projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Berkadia’s Production support platform The role will be partner in managing stakeholder relationships across the firm and manage projects from planning to completion The role will support the decision-making process of the ProductionandCorporate Leadership teams by crafting insights andrecommendations through analyzing different data sources (both qualitative and quantitative) and sourcing feedback from key stakeholders across the organization (corporate and production network).

  • Partner with stakeholderstodrive and execute cross-functional projects for Berkadia’s Production leadership in support of the platform
  • Manage project timelines, andprovide ongoing communicationregarding project progress to Production leadership and project stakeholders
  • IdentifyProduction network needs through careful analysis and interactions with the network; recommend solutions to Production leadership based on network feedback
  • Drive the success ofprocess improvement and policy development initiatives for the Production network focused on standardizing Production operations, including collaborative projects like information sharing and storage, Production/deal process operational excellence, general guidance around best practices(e.g., fee sharing and collaboration), standardizing onboarding and training for Production team members,and other critical operationalprocesses
  • Support revenue growth solutions (e.g., Leads business planning), including the development and delivery of solution-specific training
  • Perform financial and variance analysis related to Production products and producers in partnership with Production analytics team; create data products and reports to support planning and decision making
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned by the Production leadership team
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Critical thinking ability to “look beyond” the immediate ask, with stakeholdersobjectives and challenges in mind
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; advanced experience transforming, analyzing and visualizing data for different audiences withPower BI and DAX/M or SQLstrongly preferred
  • Resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting complex analysis, research, and projects
  • Previous experience managing simultaneous projects including maintaining project tasks, coordinating work efforts of others and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, and possess strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to manage expectations, informing stakeholders of potential delays due to conflicting priorities
  • Can-do, proactive attitude that can make suggestions and giveoptions rather than waiting for answers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of experience in a similar role
