We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Product Analytics to join our team. In this role, you’ll become an authority on our product data, helping uncover the customer behaviors and product trends that drive adoption, retention, and growth. You’ll work closely with Product Development and Go-To-Market teams to turn data into insights that shape strategic decisions across the business.
Analyzing customer data to identify needs, understand how customers benefit from Zendesk products, and inform future business strategy
Analyzing product consumption trends and changes in customer behavior by defining and tracking key performance metrics, identifying key drivers, and proactively surfacing insights to leaders
Analyzing and validating data related to customers and products, including building curated intermediate tables by transforming raw data for key product usage areas
Partnering with Product stakeholders to understand business objectives, capture clear requirements, write SQL queries, perform analyses, and develop insights on product usage, adoption, and customer outcomes
Working closely with data engineering teams to drive standardization and consistency in product data modeling, schemas, and reporting across the company
Supporting strategic decisions through in-depth analysis and clear storytelling that makes data easy to understand and act on
Background in a quantitative and/or business field such as business analytics, economics, applied mathematics, or statistics; a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred
Proven experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, data visualization and storytelling, quantitative research, or a related field
Experience in Product Analytics and/or Pricing Analytics is a plus
Advanced SQL skills are a must; Snowflake experience is a plus
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar
Experience with DBT and Airflow is a plus
Boundless intellectual curiosity — self-motivated, proactive, and unafraid to ask questions to learn and grow
Experience in fast-paced, scaled B2B tech companies is a plus

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł154,000.00-zł230,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.
