We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Analyst, Pricing to support the development and execution of pricing strategies across the organization. This role is responsible for price planning, pricing governance, and performance optimization, while partnering closely with pricing leadership and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, leadership potential, and a deep understanding of pricing structures to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies and tactical pricing plans.
  • Guide pricing approaches for key customer segments, including OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operating), and other operating entities.

Pricing Operations & Governance

  • Implement, audit, and maintain National Account Pricing Agreements across regions and branches.
  • Monitor pricing compliance and ensure adherence to contractual terms and company policies.
  • Manage pricing updates, escalations, cost protection mechanisms, and exception handling processes.

Analytics & Profitability

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate customer profitability, pricing effectiveness, and margin performance.
  • Lead margin optimization initiatives to identify and capture revenue and profitability opportunities.
  • Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Project Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead or support pricing project teams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Serve as the pricing lead for customer audits and special pricing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and workflow support to pricing analysts.

Process Improvement & Systems Enhancement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes, tools, and systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and refine pricing models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Review and recommend improvements to contractual pricing terms to mitigate risk and strengthen company position.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of pricing analyst experience; 4+ years preferred.
  • Prior leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred.
  • Experience in wholesale or retail distribution environments is an asset.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with Access, SQL, or similar data tools strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, EECOL also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
