Your New Role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Operations Change (Business Integration) to join our Investment Operations team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations Change, this role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of new investments and strategic initiatives into Investment Operations. You’ll work across public markets, partnering closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure operational readiness, strong governance and smooth transitions into BAU.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Support and lead the implementation of new investment products and strategic initiatives into Investment Operations.
  • Manage portfolio maintenance activities aligned to fund structures and operational efficiency objectives.
  • Ensure new investments are operationally set up for governance, management and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and review financial instructions, runbooks and operational documentation to support successful delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual processes and support scalable operations.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Contribute to risk, incident and control discussions, supporting a strong risk culture across Operations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in investment operations or a closely related financial services role.
  • Strong understanding of investment operations across public and private markets.
  • Experience working with custodians, fund accounting, middle office or trade operations (desirable).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in change and non‑BAU environments.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team.
