As the Senior Growth Strategist, you are responsible for supporting the divisional and home office leadership teams with the achievement of growth objectives. This is accomplished primarily through root cause analysis, review of key performance indicators, action planning, and consultative guidance with leaders across the organization. The Sr. Growth Strategist is focused on developing, crafting and recommending strategies and interventions across lead and lag measures to drive bottom-line results within the division.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serves as professional strategist and consultant for growth/business development leaders and teams, with specific focus on the Home Health and Hospice divisions
• Works collaboratively with leadership teams to regularly measure the performance of the business, specifically focus on growth metrics
• Works collaboratively with leadership teams to conduct root cause analysis and strategize ways to improve identified areas of opportunity
• Tracks and communicates impact of strategies and results of collective efforts
• Performs real-time analysis on current results, statistics, and metrics as well as other data to identify weaknesses and opportunities for performance improvement
• Analysis of Division, Region, Agency, and Account Executive performance trends and reporting to management teams on findings and recommendations
• Maintains excellent communication with supervisor, sales leadership, and home office leaders
• Actively participates in the budget process with a specific focus on admissions budgets and plans for budget achievement (e.g., account executive staffing model)
• Participates in the acquisitions and de novo processes to ensure appropriate strategies, resources, and synergies are in place for new markets

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing, sales, and/or customer service operations and strategies
• Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade through personal credibility, integrity, and professionalism
• Highly motivated and display a natural sense of completing tasks timely and accurately
• Proven excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
• Proven ability to exhibit a high level of professionalism and be able to complete a variety of project tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Proven excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate an outcome orientation - able to diagnose problems/opportunities and craft strategies and solutions to impact results
• Proven excellent analytical and technical skills and the ability to quickly identify and evaluate business risks and concerns and apply appropriate techniques to assist in resolving
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience within healthcare; home health, hospice, and/or post-acute care

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $76,104 to $114,156 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
