Come Drive Innovation with Us.We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, NCF Financial Reporting, to join our team in Mississauga, ON.
This person will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the preparation, analysis, development, maintenance and integrity of the Remarketing and Residual Value analysis for Nissan Canada Finance. Includes providing analytical support for decision making, strategic planning, and variance analysis, as well as monthly reviews of NCF performance. Includes supporting all aspects of the annual budget setting process and procedures, ongoing internal and NML / NNA reporting and monthly financial reviews. Responsible for supporting key operating divisions through business planning analysis and participation in special projects.
A Day in the Life:
Responsible for supporting all aspects of Remarketing and Residual Value analysis, Reporting, Budgeting and forecasting process and interacting with Remarketing operations to gain a thorough understanding of current market trends.
Analysis of actual variances to plan, monitoring accuracy and achieving realistic attainability of established targets. Identify forecast / budget deviations on a timely basis and report positive or negative trends with suggestions and alternatives for improvement to senior management.
Supports and assists manager in decision making and strategic business planning by assisting in analyzing any impact on financial statements, completing what-if analysis and other ad-hoc scenario analysis. Also responsible for supporting operating divisions through business planning analysis such as analyzing new sales programs to ensure consistency with NCF’s targets and objectives.
Participates and supports NCF month-end reporting, includes reviewing and understanding the NCF financial results, updating financial models and reporting information to NCI/NCF senior management as well as NNA/ NML.
Key support for Residual Value reviews, NCF RoA reporting and special ad-hoc requests from C&I. Includes supporting the internal and external audit requests for Remarketing and RV analysis.
Who We’re Looking for:
Required:
A relevant business, finance, or accounting university degree, CPA/MBA Finance preferred
Strong FP&A and Financial reporting background; Good with Excel, Power BI and SAP, strong communication skills and experience in presenting to senior leadership
Motor Vehicle Report required
Desired:
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial reporting / FP&A
Automotive / Auto captive finance experience
Exposure to SAP 4 HANA, Power BI

Salary Range:
$91,573.00 - $119,436.00
This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
