To undertake trade reconciliations and process integrity checks across all relevant Group legal entities, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of trades across all tradable products and systems.
This role supports all downstream activities by ensuring that trade breaks are identified and resolved in a timely manner.

HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
This is an opportunity to join Markets Middle Office Trade Controls as it transforms from a traditional reconciliation function toward a contemporary, global control environment.
You’ll contribute to a team using product expertise, automation, analytics and AI-enabled controls to strengthen proactive risk management and provide deeper insight to the business.
Markets Middle Office Trade Controls is evolving into a modern, data-driven control function. By combining strong product expertise with automation, analytics and AI-enabled controls, the team is moving beyond traditional reconciliations to provide proactive risk management, deeper business insight and greater value to its interested parties.
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll undertake and supervise intraday, or T0, reconciliations across a range of tradable products. You’ll play an important role in protecting revenue, maintaining trade integrity and ensuring exceptions are investigated and resolved promptly.
You’ll work closely with Front Office colleagues, Markets platform teams and other support functions to resolve breaks, identify underlying causes and prevent issues from recurring. You’ll also contribute to the development of a forward-looking control environment that aims to predict, prevent and resolve issues before they affect the business.
