Walmart Connect is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Designer to join our Lightbox Creative Solutions team. Reporting to the Art Director,you’llsupport the creation and execution of omnichannel marketing and advertising campaigns for Walmart Connect or our advertisers.

In this role,you’llfocus on producing high-quality visual work across all relevant channels, such as digital, social, mobile, in-storeand events while contributing to concept development under direction.You’llwork closely with copywriters, strategists, and cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and are executed with precision. This is an ideal opportunity for a developing designer who is eager to grow conceptual skills while building strong executional craft in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate creative briefs and direction into effective visual designs across a variety of formats and channels.
  • Support concept development by contributing design ideas and explorations under the guidance of the Art Director and senior team members.
  • Execute design work for campaigns across digital, mobile, social, in-store and event platforms witha high levelof accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and other creatives to produce cohesive, integrated campaign work.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments, ensuringtimelydelivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refine designs based on feedback,demonstratingflexibilityand attention to detail.
  • Apply Walmart brand guidelines and advertiser brand standards consistently across all work.
  • Prepare files for delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and production readiness.
  • Stay current on current design trends, tools, retailmarketingand consumer behavior to continuously improve output.
Position Requirements:
  • Design experience, preferably in an in-house agency, advertising agency, or retail media environment.
  • College degree: BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field.
  • A portfoliodemonstratingstrong designfundamentals and execution across digital channels.
  • Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word); familiarity with Figmarequired Motion skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Collaborative mindset withstrong communicationskills and openness to feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and precision.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
