Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Lower Funnel Channel Acquisition will play a key part in multiple Card acquisition journeys including Consumer & SBS digital acquisition journey and downstream decisioning processes, with a focus on creating efficiencies, removing pain points and driving profitable Card acquisition.

Working with a wide group of stakeholders across both local and central teams, the successful candidate will lean on their relationship-building skills, analytical expertise and passion for process improvement to push efficiency and innovation while driving acquisition results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Leverage data to drive improvements in the acquisition processes.
  • Evolve the online application journey to increase conversion rates.
  • Continue to refine a comprehensive suite of analytics aimed at informing actionable business decisions across multiple channels and products.
  • Support enhancements including those related to Anti-money-laundering (AML) within our post-application review process.
  • Work with diverse group of stakeholders to evolve the prospect acquisition journey.
  • Effectively represent and prioritize Canadian Consumer & SBS acquisition needs with local and central partners to prioritize solutions and drive efficiencies across channels.
  • Develop deep partnerships with key stakeholder groups both locally and globally to ensure efficient processes that help grow acquisition and remove existing pain points within journey.
  • Project manage offer and content changes across digital acquisition channels.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to pre-and-post-application experience in support of acquisition growth, AML and other initiatives.
  • Work with central and local stakeholders to define and execute against a multi-year roadmap for our Card application experience.
  • Help implement new and enhanced digital acquisition functionality to drive improved prospect conversions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • 2+ years analytics and digital marketing experience.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a history of leveraging data to make decisions, drive change and find continual improvement.
  • Excellent relationship-building, collaboration and communication skills across a diverse group of internal and external partners.
  • Operational focus to formalize and streamline processes in order to foster greater efficiency.
  • Persistent interest in industry trends and other external factors helping guide strategy.
  • Proven ability to drive results through leveraging multiple stakeholders across functions and levels to deliver on collective objectives.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality.
  • Subject matter expertise and passion for marketing technology, innovation, web analytics and user experience.

The stated salary range represents the expected compensation for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
