We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Licensing Commercial Finance to join the Integrated Biologics / Licensing Finance team The role will provide commercial finance and controlling support for the Licensing business, including Early Development Services (EDS), partnering closely with Commercial, Development, Legal, and Finance stakeholders to ensure financial rigor and value creation.

What you’ll do:
Act as finance business partner for the Licensing and EDS business, supporting pricing, negotiations, and commercial decision‑making
Drive financial planning activities including long‑range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Deliver accurate monthly closing, reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights
Support margin, cost, and profitability analysis across contracts and licensing arrangements
Ensure compliance with IFRS, Lonza Accounting and Management Accounting standards
Support ad‑hoc analyses, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement of finance tools and processes
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
5–10 years of experience in commercial finance, controlling, or finance business partnering
Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing, contract, and margin analysis
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions and time zones
Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused, proactive mindset
