Job Title - Senior Analyst, Learning Operations

About the team:

The Learning Operations team, part of the Employee Experience function, is responsible for delivering seamless and high-quality learning experiences. We manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), support the rollout of learning programs, and ensure smooth execution of virtual and instructor-led training.

Working closely with the Capability COE and market teams, we enable the delivery of both mandatory and business-driven learning solutions.

We are seeking a thorough and proactive Learning Operations Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our learning ecosystem.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering learning operations,handlingg learning platforms, and ensuring a smooth and engaging learner experience. You will work closely with stakeholders and senior team members to support learning initiatives, maintain data accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for learning delivery, partnering with Capability CoE and market teams.

  • Assist in the setup, testing, and launch of learning programs within LMS platforms.

  • Support content uploads, updates, and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

  • Coordinate with domain guides to enable smooth execution of learning initiatives

  • Perform basic reporting and analysis on learning data to supervise participation and effectiveness.

  • Support testing and rollout of new platform features and enhancements

  • Manage learner queries and requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Supply to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning operations and user experience.

Tools & Technologies (Preferred)

  • LMS platforms such as Workday or Cornerstone

  • Learning Experience Platforms (LXP/UI tools)

  • Reporting tools such as Power BI or Google Analytics (basic knowledge preferred)

  • Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (SNOW)

Experience & Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, or HR operations

  • Basic understanding of learning platforms and content management

  • Solid attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Good organizational and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Good communication and customer coordination skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in English
