The Job

• Validate purchase order requests to ensure proper documentation, compliance with internal policies and standards

• Train up new colleagues on procurement process

• Assist fixed asset inventory management and maintain good bookkeeping

• Prepare some financial reports and commentaries

• Closely liaise with internal staff in IT and Finance department

• Assist supervisor for procurement automation in order to improve efficiency with good control

• Participate in annual exercise such as ABC due diligence renewal, preferred vendor review and outsourcing exercise per Insurance Authority standards

• Support in department administrative work & events

• Assist in ad-hoc tasks

The Person

• Professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, HKICPA, ACCA) is a must

• 5 years and above commercial accounting work experience

• Independent, self-initiated, well-organized, detail oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Experience in Oracle Fusion, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power BI is an advantage good team player

• Good command of spoken & written English and good interpersonal skills
