  • Proposal & RFP management: Support the end-to-end RFP/RFI process, including drafting responses, coordinating team inputs, maintaining the proposal response library, and helping ensure timely, high-quality submissions.

  • Finalist & client presentations: Develop initial drafts of client presentation decks tailored to client needs and company standards; maintain and update the presentation slide library.

  • Excel analysis & reporting: Build and maintain Excel-based analyses to support prospect and client requests, including ad hoc calculations; ensure data accuracy and alignment with source data.

  • Research & competitive analysis: Support analysis, client / prospect research, and tracking of market and institutional investor developments to inform business development efforts.

  • Document & content management: Organize and maintain business development resources with a clean folder structure and effective document tracking; collect and validate necessary documents from clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Quality & governance: Review and validate reports and materials for accuracy and data integrity; support internal review and compliance processes.

  • Efficiency & innovation: Proactively identify process efficiencies and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
