Job Description

· Strong attention to detail and proven experience in document comparison and policy verification.

· Good understanding Property & Casualty Exp, Policy Checking / Review experience, Capable of reviewing large volumes of policies, ranging from as few as 10 to over 1,000

· Exhibits exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, creativity, intellectual curiosity, effective communication abilities, and excellent time management.

· Collaborates effectively within a team to address customer and stakeholder needs.

· Upholds organizational values in alignment with the specific requirements of the role.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities during high-demand periods.

· Acquires knowledge through hands-on training and practical experience.

· Good command over spoken and written English

· 1-3 years of work experience

· Graduate in any stream

· Should be ready to work across shifts: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

· Technical Skills: Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
