About the Role

We’re looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented developer to join our Technology Solutions team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality pension calculation and automation solutions for client implementations and ongoing system operations. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring peers and driving technical excellence across the developer community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain pension calculations using C#, VB.NET, VBA, and related technologies

Translate client requirements into accurate, well-documented specifications and code

Perform thorough unit testing and provide evidence of quality assurance

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

Lead technical discussions, support knowledge sharing, and mentor junior developers

Identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve development processes

Stay current with pensions legislation and industry trends to ensure compliance

Proficient in using advanced Excel features, including Macros and Add-ins, to develop and automate complex pension calculations.

What You’ll Bring

Experience developing pension calculations

Strong programming skills in C#, VB.NET, VBA, SQL, and related tools

Solid understanding of UK(Preferable) / US pensions legislation and administration platforms

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or ITIL methodologies (preferred)

Passion for quality, innovation, and collaborative development
