The Senior Analyst, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise Identity Governance capabilities with a primary focus on Access Reviews, Certification Campaigns, governance processes, and compliance controls.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, application teams, compliance partners, and security teams to execute and continuously improve access certification programs while ensuring a secure, scalable, and compliant Identity Governance environment. The successful candidate will possess advanced SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise and a strong understanding of access governance best practices, operational processes, and modern Identity Governance capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner who enjoys solving complex business problems, designing scalable solutions, driving operational excellence, and modernizing access governance through automation, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Identity Access Reviews & Certifications

  • Configure, execute, monitor, and optimize enterprise access review and certification campaigns.
  • Support manager, application owner, entitlement, role, and privileged access certifications.
  • Drive adoption of Intelligent Access Reviews by integrating/onboarding different types of applications like JDBC, Web services, Out of box connectors etc.
  • Improve certification effectiveness through automation, analytics, and continuous process improvements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of certifications and remediation activities.
  • Develop and operationalize certification metrics, dashboards, reports, and compliance evidence.
  • Support internal and external audit activities related to access governance and certification controls.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize access review processes and enhance reviewer experience.

Identity Governance Operations & Support

  • Maintain Identity Governance platforms and provide advanced operational support.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, work on incidents & requests and implement sustainable resolutions.
  • Monitor platform health, integrations, and governance processes to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Support/execute periodic platform upgrades, enhancements, new integrations, enhancements, custom solution building, patching activities and configuration improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with established governance, risk, and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration, provisioning, and governance-related issues.

Solution Design & Application Onboarding

  • Design and implement scalable, sustainable, and future-ready Identity Governance solutions both out of box & custom.
  • Onboarding of new applications, entitlements, and identity sources into the SailPoint platform.
  • Configure and enhance identity governance processes, workflows, certification models, and governance controls.
  • Develop custom solutions, workflows, rules, reports, and integrations to address business requirements.
  • Partner with application and infrastructure teams to strengthen governance controls across the enterprise.
  • Contribute to platform standardization efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

AI & Governance Innovation

  • Understand AI and emerging technology trends and their applicability within Identity Governance.
  • Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI capabilities for access certifications, access recommendations, risk scoring, anomaly detection, and governance analytics.
  • Support adoption of intelligent and data-driven access review capabilities that improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify innovative approaches that simplify governance processes and reduce operational burden.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
  • Advanced hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong experience with Access Reviews, Certification Campaigns, and Access Governance processes.
  • Experience supporting application onboarding and governance integrations.
  • Strong Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role management, provisioning, and governance controls.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, access control models, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud.
  • Experience with regulated environments and compliance frameworks such as SOX.
  • Experience with AI-driven governance, identity analytics, or intelligent access review capabilities.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, CyberArk, Entra ID, Active Directory, Ping, LDAP, Code repository, Ping and enterprise IAM ecosystems.
  • Industry certifications in Identity, Security, or Governance disciplines.
