Provides strategic oversight and advanced analytics for HSEQ performance, ensuring alignment between operational outcomes and organizational objectives. Leads initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, enhance data visibility, and drive continuous improvement across HSE programs.
Prepares and manages Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HSEQ programs to measure effectiveness and support strategic decisions.
Analyzes program performance using forecast versus actual results, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to leadership.
Designs and maintains dashboards and automated reports using Intelex, Power BI, and other visualization tools to enhance data transparency.
Applies basic programming and data automation techniques to streamline reporting workflows and improve efficiency
Identifies and implements process improvements for HSE data management and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align program goals with execution strategies and ensure consistency.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts to maintain high standards in reporting and analysis.
Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
Additional Job Description:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration(accounting, finance, economics), Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or a related field.
Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, performance management, and reporting.
