I. Job Summary
The HR Technology Senior Analyst serves as the strategic HR Technology solutions partner for an assigned HR functional area (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Benefits), responsible for the continuous evolution and success of Oracle HCM/ ServiceNow HRSD and related technology solutions. This role partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence, cross-functional HCM teams, Digital, and business stakeholders to consult, innovate, and deliver scalable technology solutions that enable business strategy and elevate the employee and manager experience.
As the techno-functional subject matter expert for assigned products and capabilities, the Senior Solutions Analyst combines business process expertise with deep technology knowledge to translate business needs into sustainable solutions through configuration, solution design, automation, reporting, and continuous improvement. This role influences product direction, champions innovation, and drives technology capabilities that maximize business value while aligning with the broader HR Technology strategy. The position reports to the HR Technology team within Shared Services.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Own the success and continuous evolution of the assigned product or capability
Build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders by providing consultative guidance, managing product feedback, and ensuring technology solutions continue to meet evolving business needs
Partner with stakeholders within the assigned HR functional area, HR leaders, and business partners to shape technology strategy, influence product direction, and support the continuous evolution of assigned technology solutions (e.g. Oracle HCM/ ServiceNow HRSD)
Serve as the techno-functional subject matter expert for assigned technology capabilities, advising stakeholders on system capabilities, solution alternatives, emerging technologies, and leading practices
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions to translate business needs into scalable, sustainable technology solutions
Evaluate business needs and recommend priorities by assessing business value, user impact, technical feasibility, implementation effort, resource requirements, and strategic alignment
Lead the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of assigned technology solutions, partnering with cross-functional HCM teams, Digital, vendors, and third-party providers to deliver successful releases and business outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, enhance employee & manager experiences, and maximize the value of assigned HR technology investments
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process, configuration, reporting, automation, and AI enhancements that improve efficiency, usability, data quality, and business outcomes from concept through implementation

HR Technology & Techno-Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud/ ServiceNow HRSD and related HR technology solutions, with experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing solutions across multiple HR functional areas. Ability to combine business process expertise with technical understanding to evaluate solution options, translate requirements into system capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable technology solutions.
Strategic Consulting & Business Partnership: Working knowledge of HR business processes and technology solutions, with the ability to quickly understand operational needs, align technology capabilities to evolving workforce strategies, and support the continuous evolution of assigned products or capabilities.
Solution Design & Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, reporting, AI, and system optimization through thoughtful analysis, solution design, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Business Process & Product Knowledge/Ownership: Working knowledge of HR business processes and technology solutions, with the ability to quickly understand operational needs, align technology capabilities to evolving workforce strategies, and support the continuous evolution of assigned products or capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across HR, Digital, Reporting & Analytics, vendors, and cross-functional business partners. Ability to influence decisions, facilitate discussions, and achieve alignment across diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority.
Communication & Facilitation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language. Experience facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, solution design discussions, and executive presentations.
Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and technical challenges, identify root causes, assess solution alternatives, and make sound recommendations supported by data.
Technology Delivery: Experience leading or contributing to the delivery of enterprise technology solutions through business analysis, configuration, testing, release management, production support, and user adoption.
Innovation & Learning Agility Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to explore emerging technologies, AI capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve HR technology solutions and business processes.
Results Orientation: Proven ability to independently manage competing priorities, deliver high-quality work, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and measurable business value.

This role is designated as Hybrid which will follow the WM Office Policy requiring in office work and an option to work remotely one day per week.
