Job Title : Senior Analyst - HR Operations

Experience Range : 6 to 8 years

Location : Bangalore

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations Onboarding Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience from the very beginning. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our organization. As the Onboarding Associate Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective onboarding programs that align with our company culture and values. Your role will involve streamlining onboarding procedures, enhancing training materials, and facilitating orientations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all procedures are followed promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to customize onboarding plans based on departmental needs and roles.
  • Develop, implement, and update onboarding materials, including training presentations and handbooks.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and comprehensive introduction to the company culture.
  • Act as a first point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
  • Measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs through surveys and feedback and suggest improvements based on the results.
  • Work closely with IT and facilities management to ensure that new hires have the necessary equipment and workspace prepared before their start date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR operations or onboarding roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to foster a positive working environment, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards new employees.
