About the Role & Team
The Disney+ team is responsible for theday-to-dayoperation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and AfricaWe are lookingfora Senior Analyst to jointhe Subscriber Growth analytics team, part of the widerEMEAAnalytics & InsightsteamTheteamcollaborates withbusiness partners across awiderangeoftopics, includingsubscriberbase growth (through acquisition and partnerships),subscriber base health (engagement, retention & communication effectiveness), andproductproposition(pricing & tiering)
Thisrole will leverage best-in-class analytical skills spanning from insights generation to statistical experimentation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and support business needs. Key to the success of therolewill be the ability to provide relevant insights, generated from Disney+ data as well as leveraging the full breadth of customer research, market and business intelligence provided by the broader team. Thisisa pivotal role within the Disney+ business, which will provide crucial insights on performance, and will directly feed into business decisions and action plans across the region.
This rolewill be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, witheithera Mondayor Fridayworking from home.

What Will You Do
Contribute tosubscriberbase growth &healthinsights andreporting across EMEA, turning complex data into clear recommendations thatinformacquisition and retention strategy
Presentcrystal-clearresults with insights, related implications and actions to a variety of stakeholders
Designstatistically robust measurement frameworksto run meaningful experiments and evaluate results
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor key metrics and provide regular updates on business performance to stakeholders
Champion a data-led culture by upskilling business partners and embedding self-serve analytics across the region
Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and creating new ones, acknowledging opportunities when automatable scalable solutions are required and when one off analytics is best placed
Develop relationships across the business teams at regional and local levelto align on key priorities, as well as with Analytics teams internationallyfor knowledge sharing and methodology alignment
Closely manage requests coming through, liaising with stakeholders to deliver analysis in a timely, impactful manner
Required Qualifications & Skills
SQL experience is essential withPython/R and other statistical programming language experiencehighly desired
Background in data visualization and dashboard development (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Strong understanding of statistics
Familiarity with data scienceML techniquesto support robust measurement frameworks
Have a demonstrated history of translating complex data sets into clear and actionable narratives and communicate opportunities and challenges to stakeholders
Ability to think strategically, analyse and interpret market and consumer data
Experience of working collaboratively across international organisations
Skilled at prioritising and managing multiple project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously
