Our Operations team is responsible for ensuring that the Bank operates with seamless execution, settles a variety of complex financial transactions through data driven decisions, process simplification and automation and by ensuring our internal and external stakeholders needs are met.
You will be supported as you begin or continue building your career through a structured, hands-on development experience. During this journey, you will have opportunities to connect with peers, business stakeholders and senior leaders across the Group, helping you build meaningful networks that can support your career growth. Our learning approach is designed to help you develop the technical, business and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in Operations.
