About the role:
The FP&A Senior Analyst is the main FP&A point of contact for Commercial teams and Finance Business Partners in the regions Cocoa Western Europe and CEE/ MEA.
She/ he coordinates and performs financial controlling and planning duties related to the commercial aspects of the Global Cocoa business, predominantly the sales (third party volumes sold) and pricing/ premiums. Additionally, the FP&A Senior Analyst prepares analytics and reporting on working capital and drives actions with sales/ credit control to minimize overdues.
The FP&A Senior Analyst works in a highly independent manner and delivers timely and accurate ad-hoc and standard end-to-end analyses, management reports and qualitative comments, presenting and defending her/ his conclusions to various stakeholders (FP&A Senior Manager WE & Global Africa, Finance BP Cocoa WE and CEE/ MEA, VP Cocoa WE, VP CEE/ MEA).
She/ he develops own models and analyses, which requires judgement and creativity, due to the very complex nature of the business and the limited IM/ IT standard solutions available.
This job gets guidance and support from the FP&A Senior Manager WE & Global Africa and works closely with a broad and diverse group of stakeholders, including among others the divisional Finance BP’s as well as directly with the commercial business of Cocoa (sales mgrs., directors, VPs).
