Senior Analyst - FP&A

Job Responsibilities:
• Works under direct supervision, receives clear instructions, follows them to achieve project goals, ensures alignment with assigned tasks and objectives and maintains focus on financial planning and analysis responsibilities in a junior role.
• Assists in executing routine FP&A operational tasks and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing processes and operating models across different centers of excellence, business groups, markets, and functions.
• Inputs accurate and timely entry of financial data into systems, contributes to the overall reliability and effectiveness of financial reporting processes, crucial for generating reliable reports and conducting thorough analysis.
• Translates business questions into analytical questions, so that they can be addressed by self or others through data analytics combining data insights, expert opinions and other sources of information.
• Helps in recording precise and high-quality data consistently stored in systems, establishing a reliable single source of truth for financial analysis and reporting.
• Assists in collating data on business performance, including monthly performance, annual operating plan (AOP), profitability analysis across products, markets, functions, and customer segments, quarterly forecasting and detailed analysis of pricing and margins.
• Leverages simple technologies, such as Microsoft Teams, Flow or Power Automate, to automate own work where possible.
• Collects information from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and relevance, and presenting findings that contribute to the understanding of financial performance and trends within the organization.
• Adheres to established financial planning and analysis processes and operational policies meticulously, providing support for decision-making processes through insightful analysis.

Provide automation and simplification ideas and collaborate with Digital / IT teams to implement dashboards, automated reports, and improved data flows.Contribute to process standardization and operating model improvements across regions and centers of excellence.

Support initiatives around advanced analytics, AI integration, and dashboarding to improve decision-making and reduce manual effort.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration


Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Modeling, Finance, Financial Control, Management Reporting and Analysis.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
