Introduction to role:
Are you ready to turn patient flow insights into forecasts that shape Oncology strategy and impact patients’ lives across the US? Translate complex datasets into clear narratives that senior leaders trust to make significant choices!
Based in Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, and working a 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift on a hybrid schedule, you will partner closely with the US Oncology Forecast Leader and cross-functional commercial teams to build robust revenue, volume, and patient forecasts for strategic brands. Your work will anchor brand planning, advise investment and access decisions, and bring clarity to risk and opportunity as therapies progress through the market.
From building patient-based and patient flow models to integrating S&OP and new product introductions, you will be the go-to authority for short- and mid-term forecasts that align assumptions across Marketing, Sales, Market Access and Pricing, Finance, and Sales Operations. You will help set expectations for performance, evolve forecasting capabilities, and equip leadership with the confidence to act fast.
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we fuel bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and bold world.
Here, ambitious problem solvers use data, build thinking, and digital innovation to power decisions that move therapies to patients faster. You w ill join a high-performing, collaborative community where unexpected teams come together to solve complex problems, take balanced risks, and turn ideas into impact. We blend ambition with support, valuing patience alongside drive, and give you real ownership to build forecasting capabilities that shape strategy across the enterprise—all while staying closely connected to the purpose that guides us: improving patients’ lives.
If you are ready to lead Oncology forecasting that leaders rely on and patients benefit from, step forward and share your story today.
