As a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Reporting with BioScript Solutions, your skills and contributions will advance specialty health care by using data to support the decision-making process. This role will require the successful candidate to perform a variety of financial activities including preparing management reporting and supporting the planning and budgeting process. Your Mission:

What You Bring to the Table:

• Assist the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis with monthly financial reporting and the annual budget
• Prepare management reporting and analysis for review, including metrics, KPI’s and dashboards
• Introduce new analysis, reporting formats, etc. which provide insights into different areas of the business
• Participate in the development of and report on key metrics and benchmarks
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide financial analysis / direction for operational decisions
• Assists with other finance responsibilities that may arise relating to month-end closing activities, the accounting function and / or accounting policies
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and participate in projects as required
• Leverage analytics and technology to interpret results and articulate recommendations.

Education:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required
• Professional accounting designation is an asset

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of financial planning, business processes, budgeting and forecasting;
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of dashboards, metrics, financial analysis, and trending;
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Impeccable attention to detail;
• Resourceful and proactive;
• Works effectively in teams;
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Prior experience with ERP’s, Power BI, financial analytics or similar would be an asset.
• English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and the needs of the organization

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) analyste principal(e) de la planification financière et de rapports qui se joindra à l’équipe du siège social à Moncton, N.-B. Ce poste permanent à temps plein exige que le(la) candidat(e) retenu(e) puisse travailler en autonomie, assumer la responsabilité de son travail et prendre l’initiative concernant l’évolution du poste au fil du temps.

En occupant ce poste, le(la) titulaire effectuera une grande variété d’activités financières, y compris préparer des rapports de gestion, soutenir la planification et le processus budgétaire, effectuer des analyses sur les prévisions financières et la rentabilité. Cette personne travaillera étroitement avec le(la) gestionnaire de la planification financière, de rapports et d’analyses pour soutenir les clients internes en fournissant des connaissances prospectives sur les affaires et le marché pour appuyer le processus décisionnel et la planification stratégique.

La portée de vos responsabilités

• Aider le(la) gestionnaire de la planification financière, de rapports et d’analyses avec la création et le maintien d’un modèle de planification financière, de rapports et d’analyses en tant que deuxième membre d’un nouveau département;
• Contribuer au budget annuel et au processus mensuel de planification financière, préparer les rapports de gestion et les analyses pour examen, y compris les paramètres, les indicateurs de rendement clés (IRC) et les tableaux de bord;
• Rechercher et fournir des explications pour les écarts importants par rapport au budget;
• Présenter de nouvelles analyses, formats de rapports, etc. qui fournissent des informations dans différents secteurs de l’entreprise;
• Exploiter les outils d’analyse et la technologie pour interpréter les résultats et pour formuler des recommandations;
• Aider avec les autres responsabilités des finances qui peuvent survenir concernant les activités de fin de mois, la comptabilité et/ou les politiques de comptabilité.
• Favoriser des relations solides avec les partenaires d’affaires;
• Aider à l’élaboration des politiques et des procédures au sein du département;
• Répondre aux demandes de rapports ponctuels et participer aux projets, au besoin;
• Chercher constamment à améliorer les processus et l’efficacité à l’aide de technologies, nouvelles et actuelles.

L’expérience que vous apportez à l’équipe

• Avoir un diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, en finances ou dans un domaine connexe est obligatoire;
• Avoir un titre professionnel en comptabilité est un atout;
• Avoir une expérience pertinente minimale de trois à cinq ans;
• Posséder des connaissances approfondies en planification financière, en processus de gestion, en établissement de budget et en prévision financière;
• Avoir d’excellentes compétences d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes;
• Avoir un grand souci du détail;
• Être capable d’anticiper et de trouver des solutions ingénieuses;
• Être capable de travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe;
• Avoir d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de gérer de nombreuses échéances ayant des priorités concurrentes;
• Fournir un haut niveau de service à la clientèle à tous les échelons de l’entreprise et communiquer efficacement;
• Avoir une excellente maîtrise du logiciel Excel;
• Avoir d’excellentes compétences en matière de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
• Avoir une expérience préalable avec la planification des ressources de l’entreprise (PRE), Power BI, et les outils d’analyses financières ou des outils semblables est un atout.
