Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Active participation in the introduction of new analysis methods or new monitoring systems
• Discuss necessary improvements within the infrastructure system landscape with the responsible system owners, FSE, as well as showing efficiency potentials (consulting)
• Development of reporting of operating values (e.g. pressure values, values from measuring devices, etc.)
• Analyzing main points of failures & KPI's
• Analysis of data and business processes in various departments, mainly in SO/ infrastructure (FM)
• Contribute within cross site projects (e.g. in the area of digitalization, Data Management)
• Plan and carry out user training for developed products
• Analysis, prototyping and introduction of new technologies, attending relevant seminars and conferences
• The area of responsibility includes the creation of advanced /predictive analytics solutions
• Cooperation with senior specialists from various departments and central departments such as FE FM and Manufacturing Excellence
• Communication and presentation of the methodologies and results in various committees
• Participation in conferences for specialists and congresses as well as cooperation with research facilities and external institutes and the IFX internal facility data management team
• Follow policies, procedures and standards (e.g. 5s standards) to maximize the performance and quality of allocated tools

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in Data Science, IT, Engineering or comparable field Strong data analytics, reporting & visualization capabilities
• Experience with predictive analytics, data mining and operational data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to translate data into business and efficiency improvements
• Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, independent and innovation-driven working style
