JOB TITLE: Senior Facilities, Analyst

LOCATION: Miami

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

The Senior Facilities Analyst supports the day-to-day operations, planning, and administration of assigned facilities to ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and high-performing workplace environments. This role partners closely with Facilities leadership to coordinate building operations, vendor services, maintenance programs, and workplace initiatives that support business continuity and employee experience.

The position reports to the Director of Real Estate and Facilities and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external service providers to help ensure facilities operate effectively through proactive maintenance, operational coordination, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of workplace services.

You communicate effectively across teams and are comfortable partnering with leadership, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to support efficient and high-performing facilities.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

  • Support the daily operations of assigned facilities, helping ensure building systems, workplace services, and operational programs function efficiently and safely.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of facility operating policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with Security, IT, Engineering, and other internal teams to support workplace operations, infrastructure needs, and continuity of operations.
  • Oversee vendor service delivery by coordinating maintenance activities, tracking work orders, monitoring service levels, and supporting contract compliance.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs and help coordinate facility repairs, upgrades, and capital improvement projects from planning through completion.
  • Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify operational issues, safety concerns, or maintenance needs, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records related to maintenance activities, vendor services, budgets, leases, contracts, and asset or inventory management.
  • Assist with facilities reporting, operational metrics, and budget tracking to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional projects and workplace initiatives that improve facility performance, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Facilities leadership on planning, operational coordination, and strategic initiatives as assigned.

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, real estate operations, or property management.
  • Experience supporting corporate or multi-site facilities environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating vendors, maintenance services, and facilities operations.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, building systems, and service delivery models.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and building operations requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
  • Fully Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
