This position is responsible for the development, deployment and continuous improvement of environmental,safety and health management systems as directed by the business EHS Leader within Faridabad plant.
LEADERSHIP
● Develop, implement and champion proactive environmental, health & safety management programs. ● Drive awareness and accountability for environmental and safety performance and system through all levels of the organization.
● Assure compliance with internal and external environmental, health and safety requirements, manage risk, and leverage opportunities.
● Lead work on EHS efforts, which include developing collaborative relationships with regulators, customers, communities, and employees.
EHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
● To ensure that the EHSMS is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 International Standards.
● To ensure Environment Impact Assessment & Risk Assessment as per procedure
● Plan/ organization of EHS audits/ follow up EHS audits and monitoring for the effective closure of EHS audit gaps.
● To ensure that reports on the performance of the EHS management system are presented to top management for review and as a basis for improvement of the EHS management system.
● Witnessing of internal audit conducting to improve audit effectiveness
● Review of compliance related to Environment & Safety Acts & Rules
● Preparing & review of standard operating procedures related to EHS functions.
● ePrepare, review an onsite emergency Plan & ensure participation in the controlling/ mitigating the EHS emergency situations and effective coordinating mock drill & review of effectiveness & action compliance ● Receiving inputs from the functional heads for management review on EHS management systems / its elements and preparing agenda and report /Minutes of the management review.
● Executing & coordinating for action of management review meeting
ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATIONS
● Wastewater treatment Plant operations, supervision & maintenance coordination
● Waste Management , handling & disposal coordination
● Prepare Application for Consent & Licence & periodic returns & legal documentation under various EHS Laws ● Environmental monitoring, interpretation & action planing
EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS (Essential)

BE / B Tech. (Mech / Elect /
Chemical) with Advanced Diploma in
Years
Industrial Safety from reputed
Institute / CLI / RLI
EXP.
8-12 years
Should be well versed with Global EHS Reporting Structure
WCM will be an added advantage.
Should be Well Versed with EHS IT Tools ( Reporting / Analysis etc.)
