Sr. Analyst, Digital Solutions (Finance CoE) is an offshore-based contributor (Hungary, South Africa, or India) who designs, builds, and supports automation, analytics, digital insights, and AI-enabled solutions that simplify Finance processes, improve accuracy, and reduce manual effort. This role partners with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, well-documented solutions, expands Finance self-service through reusable assets and insight products, and ensures stable production performance through disciplined testing, release, and support practices.

• Intake requests, clarify requirements, and produce solution designs (process map, requirements, testing approach, and release plan).
• Build and enhance workflow/automation solutions that improve cycle time, controls, and user experience.
• Deliver analytics and digital insight products (dashboards, exception reporting, operational performance views) that increase transparency and decision support.
• Support AI enablement by helping prototype, operationalize, and maintain AI/GenAI use cases (e.g., intelligent search/query experiences, anomaly detection, agent-style insights) alongside Finance digital/analytics leaders.
• Provide production support: monitor solutions, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes with disciplined change practices.
• Document solutions for reuse and scale (user guides, technical notes, controls/hand-offs, knowledge base updates) and contribute to team enablement through knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate effectively across time zones; communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and keep workstreams on track.

Qualifications / Profile

• 3–6 years in automation, analytics/BI, workflow, data, or finance transformation (Finance process exposure is a plus).
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake
• Demonstrated end-to-end delivery experience (requirements → build → test → deploy → support).
• Strong problem-solving, structured communication, and comfort working in a distributed/offshore model; curiosity and drive to learn modern AI/data tooling.
