Join the MercyOne Family as aSenior Analyst, Data, Business. Intel & Financial Ops you will Capture, analyze, and validate data to support clinical, operational, and financial performance improvement using qualitative and quantitative techniques.Develops dashboards, reports, visualizations, and automated analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python to support leadership decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.
Supports enterprise data and reporting systems through data extraction, transformation, modeling, validation, and query development while ensuring adherence to established data standards.
Works with large and complexdatasetsfrom healthcare and enterprise systems, including Epic EHR and Epic Clarity, to deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.
Partners with operational, financial, and clinical leaders to translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of healthcare finance, decision support, revenue cycle, or other healthcare operational and financial data.
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with large, complex datasets and communicating insights to business stakeholders.
