  • Someone eager to jump in on every stage of the research/insights process – from soup to nuts!
  • A strong eye for detail – sweating the small stuff is as important as the big stuff.

  • Creative thinkers – if you come bursting with ideas and can see patterns in data, we’re excited.
  • Curious minds, especially when it comes to people and what makes them tick.
  • Strong communicators – written and verbal. Being able to find the right words to articulate the question, the story, and everything in between is a big deal for us.
  • Someone interested in tech, platforms, and financial services - we work with some of the biggest names in each category.

It’ll be helpful if you have:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in research – commercially or academically – even if it’s a short stint, we’d love to hear about what you’ve already nailed.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.
  • A pretty good handle on Microsoft Office and Google Suite. We use them a lot.
  • Enviable PowerPoint / Slides skills – we tell visual stories (backed up by data).

Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $64,000 to $71,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision. In addition to your salary, MarketCast believes in providing a competitive total rewards package for its employees.
